When running one of our Tcl/Tk application, you may obtain an error if Tcl/Tk is not installed. On a Linux system, Tcl and Tk are provided either by packages or by compressed archives. Here is an example on a Debian-based Linux: apt-get install tcl apt-get install tk If you want to test your installation, you may use the following command. which tclsh which wish The former command should return the path to the ''tclsh'' program if Tcl is well installed. The latter should return the path to the ''wish'' program if Tk is well installed.
